Michigan seems to be pulling out all stops to get McGregor in the fold. He's supposed to be making 5 visits over spring break and then releasing a top 10 sometime in March/April. He says his timeline is anytime between April and August and he plans to enroll early.

Wiltfong also put in a crystal ball for Michigan this morning. Currently 60/40 in favor of Michigan over ND on 247. That is not counting Lorenz's crystal ball which hasn't shown up yet.

Seems like a kid due for a ratings bump. 247 still has him at three star level on their own ratings but he's a 4 star in composite and is getting legit interest from Bama and Clemson as well as the B1G schools. Wouldn't be surprised to see him move into the top 2-3 in the state by the end of the cycle.
Mattison was his primary recruiter last fall but Nua and Sherrone Moore have taken over.

Lorenz never puts his Michigan picks in when he makes them as a benefit to paid subscribers. He makes a post saying he is putting in a CB for a player and says why then a couple days later he actually puts it in. So with Wiltfong it is both Steves.

Lorenz seems less free with his balls. Almost as good as a Webb gut feeling. Wilfong more apt to play the game, make educated guesses. I put more stock in Lorenz balls.
