Poor damn Rutgers

Holy shit.  Anyone else see that ending?  They’re cursed.  I really wanted Iowa to lose that one too.

Sounds like a good inbounds play, to me...  Look, I don't care if Rutger ever wins another game in the B1G - they are a disgrace to the league.  But to come back and get the lead, just to lose it on a lucky play at the buzzer, sucks.  Doesn't matter who you are*, it just sucks.

(* - Yes it does.  If that happens to OSU or MSU I'm gonna laugh with mirthful glee the rest of the week...)

Rough Day in Piscataway, NJ

Down 7-3 late in the first half at home, 8th-ranked Rutgers men's lacrosse rallied to tie the score 9-9 early in the fourth period, only to lose 10-9 to 19th-ranked Army on a goal with under four minutes to play. LINK  If he were still alive (or if he's really alive because he didn't die after the screen went black), Tony Soprano (Rutgers alum, the late James Gandolfini) would be very angry.tony soprano kills ralph.jpg

Is this going to be another one of those times where if I post the Harbaugh “what’s your deal?” meme in response to your shitty post you’ll respond by saying “what, I thanked him for the awesome content?”

Or will this be the time that you admit you are frequently and needlessly a massive tool?

Iowa absolutely does not have an easy schedule? Home game against Maryland on Tuesday and they still have to play at OSU, at Wisconsin, and at Nebraska. That's a very tough finish. I think it's a pretty big stretch to assume they'll win out and that we needed them to lose today to have a three game lead on them in the standings.

It doesn't get much more bullshit than that. A full-court pass that results in a desperation turnaround corner three that somehow kisses off the glass perfectly into the basket.

You would think with all of the horribly unlucky experiences Michigan athletics has had in its existence that I would be more sympathetic to teams losing in such a fashion

Lol nope. It's funny when it doesn't happen to you

When up one or two with under four seconds to play and the trailing team takes the ball out at their own baseline, GUARD THE INBOUNDS PASSER'S VIEW
