Special weekend for me. Headed to meet my dad in Ann Arbor today (I travel from Columbus!) for the double dip: hockey at Yost tonight and basketball at Crisler on Saturday. Intense Michigan action with games about 17 hours apart.

I was hard at work yesterday so couldn’t chime in on who should school ones progeny — you xm are well suited to the task, I could probably do it in a pinch (I did attend UM School of Ed for one year). But there are many parents out there who could barely teach a puppy where to pee and definitely would do a worse job than most public school teachers

not worth looking at again, but really mean-spirited, basically vicious name-calling from the public school advocates, including one who confessed to being a teacher, and yet they wonder why parents might be hesitant to send their kids to them. it would've been funny if it wasn't true.
