Wrestling update: Pantaleo down to 149, competeing at the Midlands

Little Wrestling update for those that, like myself, are frustratedly watching the Peach bowl. Pantaleo had a very interesting start to the season, losing to Will Lewan (Michigan true Freshman and former cadet world champ) in a wrestle-off, then subsequently beating Lewan. Also losing to Lewan in an open tournament finals, Pantaleo did not compete at Cliff Keen LV and to my knowledge hasn’t competed until now. First match at 149 ended in a 59second victory via pin. Going forward it will be interesting to see if they stick with Pantaleo at 149 and pull Lewan’s redshirt slotting him in at 157. Also competing unattached are Joey Silva, and Masson Paris both of whom seem to be showing out nicely.
