Clemson is a thing of beauty, lots of misdirection and 5 wide sets. Nothing like we ever see.

MOD EDIT - Changed title. - LSA

Dabo Swinney felt the pressure and went out and got Chad Morris, hit the lottery with Desean Watson and hired Venables.

People love to compare Harbaugh to Swinney, so let’s see if wholesale changes happen this year

Yeah...sick of Michigan fans who think Clemson is a "bag man" school.  Go ask every College football insider and see what they say.  Clemson is about as above board and as they come.  Their integrity is not something that has been compromised one bit.  But it is always easier to blame someone who is better than you with a pathetic accusation.

Basically the church has income/housing assistance programs which then magically players families get enrolled in. So the boosters get the $$ into the church fund for that and then it gets funneled to the players' families...  I don't care if you think it's stupid. I am literally just saying what I have heard. I am not personally involved in that racket, so you can take it with a grain of salt.

So of course, what follows is that Michigan is 100% clean?  So how does Michigan recruit at "Clemson levels" without a bagman like Clemson?

Can't be because we have a better coach.

Can't be because we win Conference Titles and get Playoff appearances.

Can't be because we have won a National Championship in the last 4 years.

So how does Michigan recruit so well?

I would have said this before the game but it's more obvious with the halftime score... ND is not even in the same stratosphere as Bama/Clemson/Georgia/etc.  ND this season is like half a level better than UM but half a level (at least) below the aforementioned teams.

Love all these tight passes on first down.... What an amazing innovation in football to not rush rush pass every down.

These teams just look so different on O. I know they are struggling a bit, but they still look so much more smooth than UM. I’ve said it a few times but Harbaugh’s offense just looks hard and the players almost always look confused. Even on successful plays, it looks way more difficult than it should have been. It’s bizarre.

ND really doing everything they can on defense to bend and not break and keep this thing close. Succeeding thus far, but can it last?

Edit:  Nope.

You can't win big games just on defense any more in the modern era.

The sooner we figure that out, the better off we will be.

If you don't have a plan to score 30+ points when you step foot on the field, don't even show up.
