Peach Bowl Halftime/Second Half Thread

Lots of suck in that first half. And unlike Jim and the first half, this thread is ready well before the halftime clock runs out.

This just feels like what everyone predicted.

This is what is so stupid.

This program is so fucking predictable, yet we all waste our time watching this shit.

We all knew this would be a fucking braindead performance.

The defense fucking blows, a retarded QB is running free and we tried to give our only good player a field goal try from a mile away.

If this becomes 20-10, the game is over and this team of mental midgets will quit.

It is absolutely pathetic how mentally weak Michigan Football is.

This program never gives a fucking shit in bowl games.

At least the players won the Family Feud game or whatever pussy ass games they played in the lead up.

You're right, you can't argue with people like you who refuse to acknowledge what you see. Stat nerds don't get it. "Well, we're 20th in the ppi-yiht stat ". Who gives a shit? The product on the field blows and its all on Harbaugh. His offense is absolutely terrible. I don't care what his record is. He SHOULD win 10 games a year.

Yikes all around.

I dont understand how Gil keeps getting snaps. You have athletic guys like Anthony and McGrone standing around.

Its a good thing Dax came back because it says something that nobody on the team could take Kinnels spot.

The offense is hopeless which means a 8-5 or 7-6 season next year. yikes.

Now this I agree with.  The defense is going to have a lot of limitations next season (21 rushes for 128 yards in the 1st half), so to actually win, the offense is going to need to be aggressive and creative to try and win some 38-35 kind of games.

But man...everything about their philosophy looks like they are hoping to win 20-17 every damn game.

Dan Mullen is going to make adjustments and shred the depleted defense. Harbaugh is going to insist on running Evans inside when the WRs don’t drop anything.

There summed up

When does Michigan basketball play this weekend?

“Florida is a good team and were better today in all 3 phases. We will just continue to work hard and be better today than we were yesterday.”

I can already envision the press conference.

I will never understand why they continually go away from doing the things that were successful and keep reverting to the unsuccessful plays. It’s like they are trying to prove some insane point.

When JH came to coach, I bought into the idea of fullbacks and tight ends, but I stupidly thought that if we deployed TEs and FBs they would actually be - you know - good?

We seem to insist on formations using multiple TEs and FBs when they aren’t any good (with a couple exceptions) and the defense must love it when we take potential playmakers off the field to put guys on the field that aren’t a threat.

Note to coaches: don’t throw to a TE if  he can’t catch and don’t automatically hand the ball to a FB 90% of the time in short yardage.

Thanks.

1) This offensive staff should teach a class on time management - it would go well.

2) So many plays where better blocking by the TE's in space would have lead to big gains by the ball carriers.  Maybe the staff should teach them to do this.

3) Are we into the defensive 4-deep yet?
