Who is giving Aubrey advice?  He has one more year before turning pro.  If he transfers he eats up valuable earning years costing him millions of dollars needlessly.  Makes no sense for him.

the program was a mess when we lost to Minnesota at home and got Shane Morris concussed and looked like we had no clue what was going on

the last few weeks have been some bumps in the road for a top 10ish program. This program is far from a mess

That is becoming a little harder to sustain by the day.

I guess I will wait and see what the bowl game looks like.  Right now it looks like a good deal of the roster can't get off of it quick enough and we are going to see a Florida team with a score to settle with us, specifically, and a first year coach trying to establish a culture.  There is a possible really bad outcome that is starting to come into focus a little bit.

By getting off the roster as quick as possible, do you mean, going to the NFL to make a potentially life-changing amount of money in a short window of time as quickly as possible?

This hurts but it's not like Gary, Bush et al. Weren't leaving regardless of the season's outcome.

We'll see.  Gary and Bush, OK, I get it.  Long and Hill?  The projected 8th and 9th best cornerbacks in the draft?  That is unusual.   Higdon?  This could be a big stage for him to turn in a big time performance.  He is a senior captain and this is his swan song.

I think you may be a little too close to it to really have a proper perspective on it.  Frankly it reminds me a little bit of the state of affairs at Florida when we played them in the Citrus Bowl in 2015.

This is just stupid. Players leaving for the NFL is not indicative of problems with a program. Period.

And if we were the only place where players who were leaving for the NFL were sitting out bowl games, you might have a point. As it is, you may not like the trend, but we are just part of it.

His leaving is a blow. If someone were to reliably report we have morale problems, then I would really fret. If that's not the case you have to conclude that a) the kid and personal issues (possibly quite legit) may be the issue or b) that the kid does not see the kind of playing time he aspires to. I can't get too exercised about either.

Always wish we had a little more insight, but there's a reason why Harbs and  Co. don't go there, and I respect that. Leaves everyone here to flail, I know, but that's what sports boards are for.

Did you learn the concept of absolute value?   Just a few weeks ago we were on top of world... Now, people like you say the exact opposite.

We crushed everyone except our first game and our last in the horseshoe...beat sparty in EL .  things are trending way up, despite this transfer.    I'm gonna remember this big boutros when he jumps on badeagon after we beat OSU in the Big House .
