Well fella's this is the home stretch before the early signing period December 19th.

Anthony Solomon 4 star OLB

Cornelius Johnson 4 star WR

Danielson Ike 3 star OT

Sam Snyder 3 star TE

How many do we get, and if Trevor Keegan picks the good guys, do we still take Ike. I like Ike.

With the attrition we've had this year, and the attrition we may get after the bowl game, how many spots are available?  Have a good weekend boys and girls, and Go Blue!

Snyder isn't visiting anymore, he was a late scratch. Think these visits push Solomon and Johnson over the edge for Michigan, though. Don't think the staff will take Ike if Keegan picks Michigan tonight like everyone expects .

I think OL is a position group you really load up on-bring these kids in and see who the real deals are. I believe that, not only is Ike a take but so is little Dewand-even if Keegan commits. Michigan needs to give Warinner a full room and more to flip and build a better O-line culture. Here, the improvement last year was excellent but it needs to continue to ascend.

Hopefully Cornelius comes. I'm not sure Solomon is a take at this time-I am certain that DeLoach is more valued.

The athletic and positional flexibility of the recruits being brought in is most intriguing. Presently there are concerns about the TE and LB numbers of this roster and class. Maybe Barnhart slides the other way and plays TE...or they make him an MLB-wouldn't that be interesting...with Ross and McGrone as the OLBs! The kid is a pretty nice athlete.

Ike's recruitment has been interesting. I expect Keegan has already told the coaches where he's going. No inside info, just that's what is typical.

I can see Ike as a wildcard. If there's room, take the best available prospect. Could be Ike, could be taking both DeLoach and Solomon.

I believe the class will be 27 or 28, so that means four or five more.

1. Keegan

2. Harrison

3. Solomon

4. DeLoach

5. Johnson

-Now...if Dax wants back in (not holding my breath at all) maybe we only take one of the LBs. If Harrison or any of the other 3 go elsewhere (probably very likely we won’t get all of them), then we probably take fliers on some other guys like Ike, a late WR offer etc.

"He also believed Najee and Dashawn Hand would end up at Michigan."

Webb never gave a "gut feeling to Michigan" for Hand, and said repeatedly in the weeks leading up to Hand's announcement that if Hand made a "football decision"—I.E., a decision based on what was the strongest program—that Hand would sign with Alabama.

Najee Harris was basically all but enrolled at Michigan—he had a dorm room assignment and a variety of other things that new UM students customarily get when they're about to start school. Webb can't be faulted for Harris's flip to Alabama.

Whatever is prompting Sam's assertion that the recruitment of Hill isn't over seems contradicted by this interview, which clearly shows there's no hesitation or second-guessing on Dax's part. To use Sam's phrasing, Hill made a "football decision"—all the talk about what Michigan can bring to a recruit outside of the field of play was less important than what happens on the field.

Which makes Hill about the eleventy-hundredth elite-level recruit we've gone after in the last 20 years who asserts during the recruiting phase that "education is just as important as football" who eventually signs with a school that is dramatically lower-rated as an institution but *surprise* just happens to have a football program that is more successful at the moment than Michigan.

Lather, rinse, repeat.

The beauty of recruiting is he can say Michigan was back in it but couldn't quite close the deal and nobody could say he was wrong and his supporters will back him.

He's a sunshine blower for the program. He gets positive news and can be reliable on that front but he also works to make the program look as good as possible and in this case it helps recruiting to make it seem like we didn't just get dropped like a hot potato by our top rated guy due to getting embarrased by OSU

"make it seem like we didn't just get dropped like a hot potato by our top rated guy due to getting embarrased by OSU"

"Sunshine blower" Webb has stated many times over the past two weeks that Zach Harrison was significantly impacted by the way the OSU game went, and not in a way favorable to Michigan. He's also stated repeatedly that the loss should not be all on the players—that the Michigan coaching staff bears major responsibility.

When are we gonna get a legitimate TE that’s a high 4*-5* type. No more projects. We either can’t get them or can’t keep them cause of transfers etc: we need a good TE soon
