How? I am not saying you're wrong but the only guy from his class clearly ahead of him was Ross.  Ross didn't redshirt so Singleton would have had at least one season without him.

Also, I don't know the XO's enough to know but it seems like from people who know more than me that DB's LB's are pretty interchangable.  I don't think Harbaugh would have used him on special teams this year if he didn't plan on getting him some PT next year.  Unless McGrone was clearly ahead of him but JH has never been shy to burn a shirt on special teams.

Are we sure Singleton didn't burn his red shirt last year? I thought he did on special teams.  We basically play two LB positions and he was behind Ross and Jordan in his own class, and we don't even know where Mcgrone stands.  If a guy wants to get PT, he had to transfer.

That's what happens when you over recruit a position, best guys play and the others open up a scholarship by transferring.

Ok I understand he wants to move on and get more playing time so he can have a bright future in the NFL but is this the best option?  Does he really think playing for a team like that will get him to the NFL?

Guess he has no aspirations of a successful football career?

Their AD just had to send a mass email begging fans to renew season tickets while trying to explain Ash is the right man for the job because “He wanted to be at Rutgers.”

Yikes.
