I mean in all likelihood he hasn’t even met with Louisville at that point. It’s hard to tell kids you’re leaving if you don’t even know you’re leaving.

Imagine telling your co-workers/employees that you’re leaving for this job that you haven’t even interviewed for yet.

Out recruiting today.  Guess is he is staying at Purdue.  Rumored to answer Louisville this morning.

Edit answer:  I clipped the link before the last two updates were posted in it.  Now up in the air.

Looks like 24-7 is keeping the information current.  This is a good link to keep up to date on the matter.

Haha that thread reminds me of the Harbaugh coaching search. People just running with the tiniest slivers of information "UPDATE: 12/10/2015 - JIM HARBAUGH'S WIFE SEEN AT IN N OUT IN SAN FRANCISCO WHEN SHE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE AT A DENTIST APPOINTMENT IN SAN JOSE. ANALYSTS SEE THIS AS EVIDENCE THAT HARBAUGH WILL STAY IN THE BAY AREA"

Heard a rumor from a Purdue grad, that I work with that, Rondale Moore is mulling over petitioning the NCAA for a hardship transfer to Louisville.  Not sure what his reasoning will be, but he is from Louisville and had a close relationship with Brohm.

"Recruits in touch with Louisville coaches say they’re hearing a range of insights on Brohm, from hoping to expecting he will become the head coach. Quarterback recruit Jaden Johnson, from Memphis, Tennessee, said it’s “more than likely” Brohm will be Louisville’s replacement for Bobby Petrino. He added that athletic director Vince Tyra has kept him in the loop on his coaching search."

The AD is keeping a recruit in the loop on his coaching search?  WTF?

Bush league?  lmao

We really are a fickle bunch.

When kids aren't told anything, we complain about coaches/schools for leaving them in the dark.

When a coach leaves and the AD steps in to maintain communication, we complain about that, too.

So what are they supposed to do? Leave the kids dangling in the wind, or keep in contact with them?

What is wrong with that? That gives the kid a chance to see the direction the program wants to go and he can decide if that’s what he wants. I see it as a very mature and smart decision by U of L.
