Michigan makes 2019 5* Kyle Ford's top 5

Seems to be leaning towards staying on the west coast, but hopefully we can continue performing well and maybe get Ford back on campus and reel him in.
Go Blue. Beat OSU

Hope I'm wrong but I feel like we are just a hat on the table for this one. At least M is still in the game.

Well, Colorado just fired their coach, USC looks to do the same, Oregon already looks full at WR. Things seem to be lining up for Michigan, Washington is still a major threat and most expect he ends up at USC but I think this is more a 3 horse race. He’d have to build new relationships with new coaches at Colorado, and presumably USC.

Yeah those are some pretty bad options other than maybe Washington but they may be on a downward trajectory with Browning headed out. The list does make it seem like he's just looking for a reason to stay on the West Coast though. Wonder why he's not looking at Stanford?

UW has the Georgia transfer Eason in the waiting. He is eligible next year for 3 years I believe.

The cocaine cowboy!
Dude went to the PNW to keep the party going, he's not that serious about being good at football.

Just cuz he likes the nose beers doesn't mean he isn't serious about football.

Georgia Transfer and Washington local boy Jacob Eason is waiting in the wings for the Huskies. A big pocket passer with a strong arm could be tempting.

Michigan’s success this year, plus the roster situation/need, plus the coaching situations at the other schools he’s considering, Michigan has a fair chance here.

4 Pac 12 schools and us.
CU with a coaching change, USC coach on the hot seat

Sometimes when one of these things is not like the others, it's a good thing. Keep winning and we can expect more good things to happen.

Seems unlikely. He never visited for a game right, just last summer?
I suppose stranger things have happened. Still possible.

Minor request to include the players sport/position when making recruiting posts, for those of us who dont have the national Top 100 names all memorized. For some reason, i thought it was a basketball recruit.

Only hope is USC botching a coaching hire IMO.
November 18th, 2018 at 11:49 PM ^
Other than Urban, who is USC going to hire.
November 19th, 2018 at 6:34 AM ^
Sounds like they are on their way to botching the coaching hire already! Even if they do hire urban.
November 19th, 2018 at 12:49 AM ^
I wouldn't bet against USC botching a coaching hire. They do a terrible job running their AD.
November 19th, 2018 at 8:00 AM ^
USC botching a coaching hire is a given. I mean, Lynn Swan, that stalwart of serious business running, is the AD. He'll follow in SC's glorious tradition of botched coaches. Just two weeks ago it was widely considered that he was staying with Helton regardless of how they finish. If he does, they won't be in a bowl game next year...

Win this Saturday and he will come. Build the win baby!! Round house kicks all fucking day.
November 19th, 2018 at 12:31 AM ^
Unless USC makes a splashy hire, I think it'll be Washington. Without an official visit to Michigan, you can pretty much forget about him coming to A2.

Crouch, Harrison, Karlaftis, and Ford to close out the class, please

I harbor no hope that he'll come to Michigan, seems like a hat on the table despite the coaching situations and poor performances from everyone he's considering out West. That said, good luck to him wherever he goes.

Ah, but just like what happens on the field, what the fans cheer and wail about has little to nothing to do with what is actually going to happen next. His CBs are almost all to USC...none to Michigan...this is an indicator but is not definitive-at this time. It would be great to have him join.
