He originally said Hill would play, then last night said he was out for Indiana and probable for OSU.
The haters are about to come back out of the woodworks. Will be interesting to see how this round plays out.

Are they really haters for pointing out when a guy who has been wrong a decent amount is wrong again? I've never understood the rush to get "insider" information out beyond gambling purposes; it won't change anyone's life if people find out Hill is playing today at game time or a day early. To me, I'd rather that private information be kept, well, private unless the affected party makes it public.

I think umbig11's haters are too harsh. He has good information at times that I have enjoyed reading...
.....but if you're going to be definitive about something you better be right. Like when you tell me the night before the game that Lavert Hill IS out (no maybe, no probable) versus Indiana and he plays you lose credibility.

Yeah. I don't doubt he has some level of insider knowledge, but this remains private information you're sharing with a bunch of randos on the internet (and wrong about, to boot) for no great reason beyond being first to say it. And this staff seems particularly coy about virtually anything, so it's doubly unlikely that someone not in the innermost circles hears a lot of this stuff from an official source.

I think thats more of your bad faith interpretation than it is the truth. You know exactly why information gets mentioned here because this is a group of rabid fans that want the info. There's gonna be misses sometimes but on the whole it's good info. It being shared has no material affect on the outcome of the game and you're intelligent enough to know that. Its for the fans plain and simple.

Dressing vs. actually playing are two different things. Hill might not have been able to practice all week.
