Game Day at UCF.  Might be their first visit there.

I just found out last night one of my employees is going to be a guest on Game Day today.   His name is Rocky Ross and he's an ex WR for UCF!  No idea why they picked him yet but he's going to be on.

How cool is that?  Real happy for him.

Text him quickly, and tell him to fall and break his leg while on the air and then shout out for help from Checkpoint Surgical.

Tell him you'll make it worth his while.

It will go down in College Game Day history along side of Corso's               F-bomb.

You can't buy that kind of publicity.

Ha!  You work for Checkpoint? I know you guys well. I started an orthopedic medical device start-up a few years ago. Like you guys, we focus on instruments, not implants. Don’t worry, we’re not a competitor.  But there are not a lot of companies that focus just on instruments. I’ve talked with several of you guys (perhaps even you) at some of the orthopedic conferences.

I heard the Citadel released a short video showing the uni's they're wearing for the tilt with Bama today.  It's the same uni that they wore when they beat South Carolina a few years back.  At the end of the video, it says 'Alabama - we're coming for you!'.

LMAO!!!  Go Citadel!!!

Do they ever give Rinaldi something to do that's not depressing?

For God sake Game Day, give him "best partying frat at LSU" or something like that for once.

Am I the only one praying for heavy snow today?  Winter is here ffs this team needs a snowgame to set the mood for their next stop in Shortlumbus

This exactly.

Michigan is the better team. The last thing I want is something like snow, that can level the playing field and inject randomness into the game. And, I have to imagine that games played in the snow are more likely to result in injuries. If nothing else, the game tends to be closer for longer so that starters have to play more.

My wish list for his game is a nice comfortable lead at halftime so that we can go vanilla and get every single key player out of the game and into a Jordan Brand bubble wrap cocoon as soon as possible.

Let Urban deal with the elements this week. I never wish injury on any team, but I wouldn’t mind hearing about OSU coming down with a nasty quick-spreading stomach virus or coxsacki virus (look it up, it’s now what it sounds like).

UCF issued national championship rings to their players and coaches and put “2017 National Champions” on their stadium?  I thought their national championship claim was facetious, but that seems to suggest they are serious about it.  That’s pretty sad.

UCF "just wants a chance."

If you just wanted a chance at a national title playing in that conference then your out of conference schedule should look better than South Carolina State, Pittsburgh, and UConn.

If you are a mid major and want a shot at making a 4 team playoff your OOC schedule should look more like Oklahoma, LSU, and Iowa.

Precisely.   I would extend a similar argument against Notre Dame getting any sort of benefit of the doubt when the time comes to (and likely is coming) to choose between UM and ND  for that final playoff slot.  You want the chance at being weighed evenly, then join a conference and compete for that conf chamionship first.  Otherwise you’re second tier.
