Submitted by ish on November 14th, 2018 at 2:19 PM

mel kiper released new draft lists today, and kiper caveats notwithstanding, below is the pertinent michigan info:

  • QB - shea not listed
  • RB - Higdon #5; not rated overall (which is a top 25)
  • FB - none listed (mason is too young to be eligible)
  • WR - none listed (all too young except perry)
  • TE - none listed
  • OT - none listed
  • OG - Bredeson #3; not rated overall
  • C - none listed (ruiz is too young)
  • DE - Gary #2; #8 overall
  • DT - none listed
  • ILB - Bush #2; #6 overall
  • OLB - Winovich #5; not rated overall (i guess Kiper considers Winovich to be a 3-4 OLB)
  • CB - Long #7; Hill #8; no one rated overall
  • - none listed
  • K/P - none listed (all too young)

Gary, Bredeson, Bush, Long, and Hill seem like the most likely early entrants.  Hope at least one of the two CBs stay, as I think they could be first-round guys next year.  Don't see many other likely early entrants other than possibly Shea.  Gentry might also be draftable, if he wants to go.

think this means shea should stay another year....

gary at #8 overall means he's probably gone unless his mom wants that michigan degree first.

bush at #6 means he's gone.

higdon, winovich and bredeson are out of eligibility i believe.

What would you do if on Christmas morning you received one of these sweatshirts as a gift?

I mean they must think there's a market for cheesy as hell shirts.....But then again have you ever strolled through Walmart? The same people who wear pajamas in public probably own multiple clothing items like this.  Case in point.....

Man we are really going to do the whole "Ohio State Experience" this year arent we?

1. Win at Columbus

2. Lose a bunch of talented underclassmen to the NFL

3. Win the B1G East

4. Win the B1G Championship

5. Get selected for the final four

I could get used to this actually.  I mean they can keep their shitty city, lack of academic prowess and protecting wife-beating assistant coaches but the rest of the stuff's pretty cool.

Surprised at no Gentry. He's a fourth-year player, a 6-7 TE, doesn't have a lot of receptions because Michigan doesn't throw much and his blocking isn't terrible. I was assuming he'd be gone, and maybe he still will. But man it would be nice to have him back.

QB-Rumors seem to indicate Shea is coming back although if Michigan ends up making the CFP (and please Lord, win the whole thing), he might be gone. Would be okay with McCaffrey taking over, though.

TE-I see Gentry staying and ending up a 2nd Round pick after next year.

DL-Gary is gone.

LB-Bush is probably gone too. Hudson stays, though. Maybe tries to slide into Bush's spot and turn himself into a LB at the pro level?

CB-I really, really hope one of Long or Hill stays. This is potentially the biggest weakness on next years team if Long, Hill, and Watson are all gone.

Bush and Gary will likely be gone, hard to pass up 1st round potential and $$.  Bredeson needs another year with Big Bad Ben and would likely be a 3rd day pick.  Would like to see Hill and Long back, at least 1, to QB the secondary.

100% guaranteed that at some point, Gary will be back for commencement and picking up his degree.  He's a young man with a plan!

Love how high Bush and Winovich are getting in these mocks

I know Gary doesn't really have the production numbers that make you think Top 10 draft pick, but once NFL scouts see him at the combine I don't see any way he drops out of the Top 10
