Caris levert had the game winning shot tonight.
Put the Nets over the nuggets on the road.

Caris has been an absolute BEAST this season. With THJ, Burke, Lavert, Nik....Beilein’s hands are all over the NBA. And just getting started. Hopefully Wagner and DJ Wilson blow up as well.

Some day people will learn LeVert's name...

This is a bad comment and you should feel bad.

If I'm an elite recruit, I've got to do some basic math . . . "OK, Kansas, Kentucky, UNC, Duke are going to throw a few thousand dollars at me as a recruit, but that's not going to make up for the millions I'll get in the NBA after Beilien develops me at Michigan."
It's basic arithmetic.

This would only apply to those players who aren't NBA ready out of high school. The one and dones go to those schools because they aren't required to do anything school related, just go play your one year of required college ball really quick and possibly leave with some hardware on the way out.

GRIII starting for the Pistons now, too.

Oh, and even better, he beat his little brother Gary Harris to do it.
November 9th, 2018 at 11:58 PM ^
Going around Gary Harris none the less.

Looks like another example of Big Brother showing Little Brother how to shoot a game winner, amirite?

Gary was definitely playing inspired defense. You could see he was putting a little more into it on this play. He was up tight 40 feet away from the hoop

Huh. I saw Levert mKe the bucket and I assumed Harris had slapped the floor.

Too bad no staee broken ankles happened.

Man, are we fortunate to be Michigan fans: Best bball in the state, best football in the state, best academics in the state. Congrats Caris on another clutch performance!

You can replace the word "state" with "conference*"
November 10th, 2018 at 7:58 AM ^
If you look at all three combined, you can replace the word "conference" with "country."

Awesome for him. Love to see him succeeding. This is a special time to be a Michigan Wolverine!

Absolutely love watching him play.
Here's an early season highlight video (two days ago, so doesn't include the latest game winner, but does include his previous game winner in the season):

EDIT:
Not sure how to get the embed working. If anyone would tell me how I'd appreciate it.
In the meantime you can find the video here: https://youtu.be/IZOwhAlfEWA

Gary Harris got crossed over because he didn't slap the hardwood come on that's a noob move. Izzo would be disappointed.

GR3 also got the start last night.

https://www.netsdaily.com/2018/11/8/18075118/caris-levert-a-leap-of-faith-that-may-turn-into-a-As Jonathan Givony of Draft Express and ESPN wrote recently, many medical staffs on other teams simply said, forget him, take him off your boards altogether. The Nets medical staff, which includes the surgeon who did that bone graft, was of the opposite opinion. As a result, the highest any mock draft had him was 38th by Draft Express. The Nets believed in his potential so much that they traded one of their top players

My first time to LCA and I watched Caris put up 27 in a loss to the Pistons. Impressive game which he’s proven not to be a fluke.
November 10th, 2018 at 8:33 AM ^
That was great move. Almost a little reaching in foul by defensive guy just before he pulled up to shoot.
November 10th, 2018 at 10:33 AM ^
And one! C'mon refs!?
The comments are all great. "Future all-star!" "Can we get some Caris merch in the store now?"
November 10th, 2018 at 11:44 AM ^
Put some soul music on that!
