dantonio; let god take care of my battles.

what a fool. when he loses to michigan and on top of that embarrasses himself, then he puts it in the hands of god, as if something horrible has been done to him. he has no trouble talking about opposing programs named michigan when he wins, but now its all about "god, family, and team"

he should be ashamed of himself for the way he conducted himself at his press conference today. he played the victim to the hilt , as him and his team and fans always do. he should be ashamed.

The problem is that even our prayers are shit.

Sorry, but the way that he, his team, and that institution have conducted themselves over the years, the last thing that he needs to be doing is appealing for divine justice instead of owning a little puerile underhandedness. "The Smoking East Lansing Crater" doesn't at all have a ring to it.

There's a reason why even the best people needed God to become a man and be crucified for them. It's astonishing that he would literally describe himself as playing the religion "gold card" and proceed to do sans humility.

Revolting.

I soaked it all in last two days. Dantonio showed us his true colors when he said “thats BS”, and Harbaugh doubled down and called him out again.

But that’s enough of that, I’m done with him. Dantonio isn’t going to ever apologize about anything - especially Michigan-related - so let’s just move on and ignore the cranky old bastard. We got bigger things to focus on anyway.

Difference between him and Urban is that Urban seems to get eaten up by all of his hypocrisy, and Dantonio seems utterly immune.  Does messed up stuff and just doubles on down, same look on his face and sleeps like a baby at night.  Trully the devil.

Its because Urban knows hes getting pushed out, and its affecting him.  Instead, even if Mork were legitimately linked to Nassar, and he would still be untouchable in EL.   Speaking of Nassar, that coach Klages should be in jail, but watch her get probation only...

now i enjoy a poke at dantini as much as the next michigan fan, but the report is that he is catholic and therefore for him, and despite our shared skepticism, the proper writing would be God.

now if he's wondering how it is that only the punting god answered his prayers on saturday, and that the recruiting god has forgotten him, you can small 'g' that all day long.

At the risk of getting neg bombed, I actually watched the Valenti video a coworker sent me.  Surprisingly he was spot on.  I wont link because he is persona non grata, but I thought it was balanced.  Both fanbases are too polarized thinking their coaches are 100% in the right.  In reality both sides have some points and some culpability.  Also thought he was right that we should enjoy our win and possible conference championship and playoff birth.  Lastly, that Dantonio needs to clean house on the offensive side and spartan fans should STFU and stop whining, we were the better team.

My main takeaway is that it doesn't matter who is "right" because there really wasn't much of a thing to begin with. No one got punched, no one burned down the stadium. This is the biggest mountain I've seen made out of a mole hill in sports in a while, and that's saying something.

I’m sort of done with it too, but the point is that Mork was basically trying to instigate a fight in order to get his team fired up.  That’s total bush league.

...and just so everyone is clear bush league originated from a lower level baseball league.   It has nothing to do with misogyny.  I used to use the phrase and looked it up a decade or so ago when someone questioned me on it.

I’m ready to move on but I’m glad Harbaugh made a point of it.

Dantonio has been playing the aggressive victim hood card and getting away with it for far too long. This is just the latest in a long string of slights and insults.

Someone needed to call him on his bullshit.

I love this whole idea that MSU just needs to clean house and find better assistants. As if top level assistants will be knocking the door down asking for a job. There's a reason it matters that Michigan has the history and program foundation that MSU doesn't. It's seen as an elite job and always will be. But not MSU.

How is Harbaugh not in the right?  What bush league stuff has he done toward MSU, especially as host ? It has been nonstop bs from msu, including Dantonio not doing a handshake, plus all the crap he has said over the years,.. "Its not a product of a team, but product of a program".... that rings true for us, and for them, too.  Harbaugh has played clean and fair.

A balanced view of the situation is that they have encouraged a thuggish brand of football for years, have openly tried to hurt our guys in every game, have trash-talked, jeered, provoked, pulled stupid macho stunts, have foolishly tried to intimidate, have essentially been the apotheosis of an inferiority-complex/little-brother program, and it all starts at the top as Harbaugh said, with their peevish pissant of a coach.

Finally, we gave some back, beat them, and moved on. Hail

you are wrong. balanced???? are you kidding! what exactly did harbaugh say or do that was petty? he addressed a situation that if it had been reversed, michigan and harbaugh in particular, would have been roasted for. when bullies and punks act up believe it or not you do have a right to speak up.

this bs of just taking anything that two-bit program dishes out ended with harbaugh being hired. it is only by the grace of god that sparty has not lost the last four games.
