A wide receiver named Black.

A wide receiver named Mack.

DEs named Bosa and Gary,

Know football injuries are scary.

Both teams want in the CFP tourney

But will they play The Game on a gurney?

Ah, but you forgot about the further thread which makes the official thread officially official, as that is simply how we operate here. You cannot have an official thread for anything unless it is further confirmed by a thread which confirms that confirmation of the official thread...or something.

So another 5* WR who doesn't know how to run a route will have to catch a screen behind the LOS and run for 90 yards, which proves that Haskins is the best QB evah?!?

Meh, as long as their defense can't stop the run or the pass, I like our chances.

OSU apparently has a few WRs performing better than Austin Mack this season. Therefore his injury may not hurt their offense too much.

The Big 10 Network recently did a segment with four of the main OSU WRs and Austin Mack wasn't included in the piece.

While KJ Hill is OSU's best overall WR... Austin Mack is probably Ohio State's best "pure WR" in the sense that he is constantly credited as being the best route runner in the group by the coaches, and has the prototypical WR build (6'2" 215lbs). He is also Dwayne Haskins' roommate and arguably the latter's most trusted/favorite target. Unfortunately, Mack has had some issues with drops this season, but Haskins always seems to try and force some passes to him anyways based on trust.

While it is a significant loss to lose Mack, WR is probably the deepest position group on offense where they rotate 6 WRs regularly.
