Calling all analysts for the study of Michigan-MSU game film

The interaction from Saturday's game keeps coming up in discussion and while I am happy to see Michigan players stand up for themselves such as Onwenu; I can't shake images from my head of State players aggressively laying into Michigan players after the whistle. Further, I have never forgotten William Gholston's attempt to break the neck of Denard Robinson in 2011. Gholston earned a meager one game suspension for his malicious attack.

This brought me to one final thought in hopes of making an argument. I remember the graph created from a user on this blog to demonstrate the stark contrast between the level of holding calls earned by other Big 10 teams versus Michigan and I was wondering if we can research and provide all the cases of altercations and attempts since 2007 to injury in order to make the argument that Mark Dantanio is in fact coaching or at least encouraging this stuff?

I may be wrong in my theory but at this point and especially with what occurred yesterday with Michigan State's attempt at intimidation during their "walk;" I wouldn't put it past him.

Here are some of the examples of note:

Didn't we win this game? We don't need to think about MSU football until next November. At that point, we can worry about not letting the shutout slip away. Let Sparty handle the hand wringing for the time being.

Mate, let it go. We won. We beat them where it hurts most. Fuck that trash program and its idiotic fanbase.

Apologies if this seems after the fact or if my exuberance for an idea seems over the top but I think we all can see a dramatic increase of after the play incidents coming from MSU and I wonder if charted information would be helpful. I don't see the number of incidents declining and I think eventually this is going to result in a serious injury to a Michigan player.

For everyone who has stated that MSU week is over, it is over for the players; we fans can focus on MSU at any point in time. I know some of you on this board have a lust for analyzing game film and thought it might be something to look at.

Most of us realize that we, as fans, can discuss any game/opponent at any time (there is a small fraction of people who believe if WE, as fans, talk about other games, then the TEAM will lose focus), but most of us simply don't care about MSU anymore right now. As stated, we beat them where it hurts the most. Still talking about them makes them think they're in our heads. Simply ignoring them after beating them on the field hurts them even more.
