Memo to all head coaches - there will be cameras focused on you. If nothing else but for basic morale maintenance no matter how badly the game is going, you cannot not ever be caught doing the surrender cobra.

27 captains? agreed with the comment that diffuses leadership on the team. Of course their best captain has left the school entirely.

Also OSU fans already saying they might sell their tickets to The Game... make me an offer!

OSU put in one of the most disinterested performances I've seen in a long time.

I can understand starting a game flat or overconfident but at some point you think the team with superior talent would eventually show.

Their players zombie walked through the whole game and didn't show any emotions. They looked as if they didn't care one way or the other.

Urban is burned out. I'm telling you. I have someone very close to me who is just like that. It's either all or nothing. They go 110% all day every day, they sleep 2-4 hours a night, they never take breaks and when they do they feel incredibly guilty for it. When others around them aren't being that intense, they become resentful and bitter. And they're constantly striving to be better, never satisfied. They hate the process but they're addicted to achieving the desired results.

Based on the long article about Urban's anxiety from a few years back, and seeing his behavior at two different jobs now, I firmly believe this is how he operates.

I know people may think that Harbaugh is the same way, but I believe it's different. Harbaugh loves the process. He loves the team and comoradarie and his relationships. Anyone who saw the video of him getting choked up in the locker room yesterday knows he still loves it and his passion is still there.

Pure Gold:

"MSU's pregame walk covered more yards than the offense did in this game."

" I hope Tressel or some of his other coaching friends/mentors reach out to him [Dantonio] and give him some sound advice."

This is more time than I have ever spent reading 11 warriors threads.  The thread off to the right of the one posted, about Urban missing fall camp, is interesting.  Some fans defend Meyer and say he had a difficult coaching job to do after being "thrown under the bus", others blame him for keeping Smith around for so long.. one person said Meyer coached last night like he had been blindfolded and dropped off at a game seeing the team for the first time. Many comments pointed to a difference in culture affected by the off field drama and that Urban might be on his last season there. There was a comment somewhere about trying to get Luke Fickell back, which was hilarious.

MSU fans talking about how trashy and dirty Michigan is because of their precious midfield logo is so ironic.  Which program(s) had major off-season scandals again?

OSU fan still think they are going to beat "ttun" and ruin our season.

I think the worm has turned and as MSU just found out, everything eventually regresses to the norm.

I confess, I went to 11W last night.  And for a few minutes this morning.

11W is a collection of the most outrageously entitled goofs imaginable.  So many improper uses of the word "dominate".  I also looked at RCMB for a few seconds.  A sewer.

What struck me while flipping back and forth last night was the misplayed kick return late in the game.  The OSU guy just looked at the ball like it was a punt rolling dead.  Then he jumps on the ball and barely gets out of the endzone to prevent a safety.

That confused OSU player seemed to encapsulate the total disorientation of the OSU team and fanbase.  They can't understand even the concept of adversity.

Dantonio is a jerk.

Last night was the first time Herbie seemed truly pissed.  Almost dropped the "who gives a shit..."

Go Blue.

Revsine, Chuck Long, and Stanley Jackson seemed pretty upset with Harbaugh’s and Mark’s behavior and said it’s too much “Connor McGregor” for them.
