Klatt predicts UM conference champions

Check out this article, which describes an appearance by Joel Klatt (former quarterback for Colorado) on our favorite The Herd with Colin Cowherd. In it, Klatt explains why he thinks Michigan will win the conference. Happy Friday!

I don’t get you guys who probably alphabetize soup cans in your mother’s basement cupboards. Why do you worry so much? This is Harbaugh’s best team since arriving in Ann Arbor. 2015 should’ve been a win and don’t forget how badly the refs kept baby bro in the game. Was so pathetic. 2016 they kicked their asses but the final score wasn’t telling and then last year was a shit show with the young inexperienced team without an offense and they still could’ve won. They will handle their business tomorrow.

As a currently depressed man U fan, I will be on my couch with my away jersey on ready for Man U to get their ass kicked at Stamford Bridge. Coffee if the game's going ok, beer if it turns ugly quickly. Yes, at 7:30am.

Side question, does Jose get canned after Chelsea wins by 4?

I like what Brian said on the MGoBlog Roundtable about this...."no comment." We've been in the spot before, and have seemed to consistently fall short.

There are a lot of demons to exorcise before we get to that point. If Michigan is fortunate enough to win tomorrow, I'll start sipping the kool-aid. But tomorrow is going to be a huge physical, mental, and overall emotional hurdle to overcome.

Can they do it? Abso-friggin-lutely. Will they? We'll find out about 27 hours from now.

I know what you're saying, we've been burned in the past A LOT, but this year is different. For one thing, they have our respect. They heard what these guys did to Penn State last week, for the second year in a row, and 4 out of 5 I believe; the same ratio they've beaten us. They have our attention. No bulletin board material, plenty of respeck to go round.

I'm not going to write anymore, a part of me is sensing someone from RCMB cutting and pasting, and sending this on to Coach D, "Look what this victors2000 wrote about the team. I have it on good authority this is none other than Shea Patterson..."

We've been saying "this year is different" almost every year for the last several years. I've got to see it to believe it, because this is usually the part of the season where things slowly start to unravel. Start strong, get stonewalled by MSU, and then the rest of the season's goals fall apart from there.

I will definitely say that the signs of progress are very encouraging, especially on the OL. Our record does not feel like fool's good like it did to a degree this time last year. But I think tomorrow will be the toughest challenge of the year so far. Yes, I do think it'll be tougher than ND. Is MSU better than ND? No. But this is a huge mental challenge for this team. MSU knows how to get in your head and make you play outside your comfort zone. If Michigan gets out of EL tomorrow with a W, dare I say even a convincing win, I'll hop on board with the "this year is different" mantra. But I've been burned one too many times for prematurely getting on the hype train.

Ask me again this time tomorrow.

Predictions are great but the past few years we have been let down.  Hopefully they still hurt from last year and will come out firing like they did against Wisconsin.  Hit them hard and fast!  Last week Lewerke was harrased a lot, we need to harass and sack a lot!!  It will be interesting to see if we come out running or passing.

If Michigan gets up big or it becomes evident that they will win in the 4th quarter, I hope Klatt City really lays it on thick during the broadcast.

Klatt City, bitch, Klatt Klatt City, bitch. Ten, ten, ten, twenty on yo titties, bitch
