Desmond Howard Interview at Gameday Set

Nice interview with Desmond Howard right outside the Gameday setup in AA.  Hits on Don Brown's philosophy, Shea, etc.  Desmond is a great guy.

Thought some people may enjoy.

Full Aussie from Sydney is taking a break for a week. Hopefully his time off will allow him to relax a bit.

He went full political on a thread that wasn’t even political, so I blocked him. He’s been very angry as of late and it appears that I wasn’t the only one that took notice.

All I can say is that we passed by here - my father-in-law and I - on the way to his tests at the hospital, and that is quite the setup indeed. Bundle up, folks, if you're going to be there, and remember to try and meet the Urban Sign Quota.

Desmond's Twitter has published a video plea to students to come out to Game Day despite it being fall break ... sorry, D but the students have bolted for home or Vegas or whatever seniors do at fall break.  The Suits determined this Game Day and Night Game way too late for the students as they had already made plans.

I find the adhoc TV strangle-hold on college football as suffocating.  This is not going to be good for UM's showing as the student section is going to be 30% empty and create a flat night game.  Hopefully non-students fill the seats, but doubtful.   And those who attend will have to suffer commercial break after commercial break after commercial break ...

Yeah this was poor planning. But nobody does anything for fall break, really.  Michigan and close Midwestern kids go home, but that's about it.  That will affect the student section noticably though I'd bet.  Hopefully it's enough of an event to have the ticketa get snatched up!

I'd love to have a beer and talk college football with Desmond. I feel lucky to have gotten the chance to watch Desmond and Charles do their thing in the Big House. God the 90's were awesome
