I am sure its not a big deal to many and not life changing for me in any way also, but pisses me off that Mlive posts the fan ejections from each home game this year at the big house through Ann Arbor News.    I actually would find this info interesting or helpful if they also shared other venues from the B1G at the same time.   The numbers seem extremely low considering the size of the crowd, but compared to what?  My only logical thought other than bad journalism is that this is done by request of the the U of M police?      I don't remember seeing this info in past years, but has been done for every home game this year?   WTF?

Dang. For a second,  I thought they were bringing back the old mlive forums.  They were fun in the good old days.

Well if it's your hill to die on such that you believe it deserves a diary posting.

Mlive has been posting ejections for years now. It's mostly just a quick call I think to get numbers from the police and any notable incidents. It's basically a small public service so that hopefully the word gets out on what does and doesn't fly.

As far as actual "ejections" 32 of 35 were for fake/improper ID or alcohol while they tried to gain entry. It's not like 35 fans were ejected for throwing punches at grandma.

I don't see the problem here.  First, I don't mind some transparency on this.  Second, it's never a high number of people.  That only 35 people out of 100,000 or so got ejected Saturday (and 73 total on the season, out of 300,000) speaks pretty well of the fanbase.

What is there to be upset about?
