Michigan-ND outdoor game no longer happening

Michigan Hockey's 2018-19 schedule was officially released today. ND's was released a couple days ago and had multiple changes to the series. 

The series at ND, originally scheduled for January 4-5 with the 5th being the outdoor game is no more. Michigan will no travel to ND for a Saturday, January 5th game and will play the second game of that road series later on in a Tuesday night game on February 12th.

Nowhere in either team's releases does it say anything about the outdoor game or what happened. Just that both Michigan-ND games in South Bend will be played indoors at Compton Ice Arena.
