OT: This is the first time I've been back to the blog since the update and I am floored. Well done in cleaning this place up guys!

I'm still getting a hang of the new layout (took me 15 minutes to figure out how to make a board post) but other than that this place looks very sharp. I kinda miss the old format that made this place look like an early 2000s chat forum, but this is a welcome change. Thanks for the effort y'all!

It's fantastic all around! So happy with the product! Here, take my upvote for the rare optimism and positivity around these parts! Oh, wait ... I can't vote. Or edit. Or see my profile. Or see the bulk of the comments without buying a new mouse every three minutes on Amazon because of the wear this site is putting on the scroll wheels.

Well, the mobile version is a disaster, imo. I used to visit multiple times per day. I haven't visited in weeks. On the plus side, I am enjoying the summer weather!

I'm on the other side of the fence.  The new site feels lacking of content, regardless of this being a dead time of the year.  I would question if overall traffic has also diminished since the new launch (June'17 vs. June'18).  I know I find myself visiting less frequently and am more apt to check Eleven Warriors to help fill the void, even if it is irrelevant to my rooting interests.  Has our Mgoblog lost some of its editorial staff?

I doubt he's any less a Michigan superfan.

OTOH, pretty certain he's a whole lot more a dad than he used to be.  Sometimes priorities tend to evolve without one necessarily realizing it.

Not only that, but between the glitches of the new format and (more importantly) the near-absence of Ace due to health issues,  I'm sure Brian has plenty on his plate right now trying to get site traffic back up to pre- 3.0 levels.   As hard as it is to adjust to the changes, I remind myself that MGoBlog is 100% free and I'm remaining patient and optimistic that we'll get through this rough stretch and be just fine in the long run.

I hate the update less than some people, but damn if the comments sections aren't terrible.  It's sometimes hard to follow who is replying to what, there is too much white space and your eyes are not drawn to the right places.  Not to mention, it just looks bad.

I'm just not with you on this one.  I'm generally OK with the front page, although it feels a lot more difficult to find content.  The message board is terrible.  I have no idea who is responding to what post.  Overall, my site visits are way down from the old version.

I would be happy with an added poll and a better up to date message board.  As is, I do not care for the message board.  There is something lacking with it.

The new look is better, but there could be some additional tweaks to provide a better user experience, especially for mobile.  Welcome back, OP.

I'm fine with the new site, but hugely miss the MGOBLOG app.  That was my primary method for checking in during the day (when away from my computer), and hence my overall site usage is way down now.

It's new and different.  I'm at an age where it takes me a while to get used to things that are new or different.  But I'm getting there with this place.

I'm reminded of complaining about every single release of Windows.  And the features I liked best about a new version were those that looked like the features on older versions.

I just realized I probably need therapy.
