He was suspended for the 2014-15 season by the NCAA if he had come back due to the dumb weed rule.

I guess the real question is, what's up with UCLA? We can mock MSU and we should, but at least they've won some hardware and made some runs. UCLA's total there is mind-boggling.

McGary is the only one that people would have predicted after his HS career that he’d get drafted. I think Stauskas was the only other consensus 4* out of that list.

I think GRIII was a 5 Star on Rivals and was pretty highly ranked elsewhere, but still, point taken.
Jordan Poole and Charles Matthews could make #8 and #9 next year.

While first round picks are the appropriate focus here, we shouldn't forget that Morris and GR3 both carved out decent NBA careers being early second round picks. McGary falling from grace and Stauskas never being a contributor are the saddest part of the list.
I think Matthews gets drafted somewhere next year. No clue about Poole. I love the guys and have high hopes for him, but geez are we setting expectations high for a guy who was a minimal rotation player. He has a long way to go and will get every chance....but it will be okay if he's just "good" and not "Stauskas 2.0".
