How is women's college basketball a #1 seed ? I mean yeah i root for Michigan in women's basketball, but I care not more than any michigan sport.

I don't think you're going to catch Arike. Her shot was dope. She deserves it too. She was clutch AF down the stretch for Notre Dame as much as I don't like to give any credit to the Domers.

I'm of course voting for Poole, but I have a problem with it being a 16 seed. Seriously, WTF?

Still, much respect to ND women's buzzer beater (even though it's ND), that shit was insane.

Poole’s shot was cold-blooded, but he doesn’t hold a candle to ND’s Arike Ogunbowale did in the Women’s Final Four. Two straight buzzer beaters, one against arguably the most dominant team in modern American sports history in UConn women’s basketball.

She earns whatever accolades she gets.

Not saying I don't love his shot. And his shot means more to me personally than her's did. But if I'm an unbiased observer, and disregard the fact that it's women's basketball vs. men's basketball, I'm going with the woman who hit two buzzer beaters in two straight Final Four games to win a national title over a man who hit one buzzer beater to make the Sweet Sixteen.

What she did, in my mind, is far more impressive.

Her shot was no pressure? Dude, her shots were for the right to play for a national title, and to win a national title. She made one of those shots against one of the most dominant teams in modern American sports history

Again, I love Poole and that shot he made was cold blooded. That shot means far more to me personally than what ND did. But she made the far bigger shots. And she made twice as many of them.
