Is there a new website training program? I can't find the new website. If I try to bring up MGoBlog, all I get is a dancing Norwood and a bunch of links that don't work. Instead, I have to go to Google, search for MGoBlog and then click on its link for MGoBoard. Once there, if I click on oMGoBlog at the top of the page, I am back to a dancing Norwood and a bunch of links that don't work. HELP!!! PLEASE HELP!!!
You need to clear your browser history - not a computer expert but I saw that earlier and it worked for me.

I was having a similar problem I took the advice of another poster who said they had to clear all their browsing history then start again and it worked!

I would actually be ashamed to admit that too, after seeing how the throngs of users on 11 Warriors (and mods) fell for the mgoblog Geocities place holder the other day.
Well if you saw Brian's Twitter, you'd see a lot of Michigan fans fell for it too. I have no idea how anyone would think that was actually going to be the new site.

We know, you've made this point a few times now.
You have clearly expressed the fact you are not good with change.
Question for you. What are your expectation by continually posting your displeasure with the change?
Brian & the team have been working at this for well over 18 months with an outside agency. He's not going to listen to a handful of people after only 48 hours and decide, gee, they are right, let's revert back to the old platform which had a lot of issues.
I know it is hard to accept, but given the overall volume of site traffic, the number of people complaining is pretty small.
I dislike it as well. I liked the old board. But things change.
I liked the old board because I was used to it. In a week I'll be used to the new format and it will be just fine.
I've seen several other people mention this and it's more of an annoyance than an actual issue, but swapping the Diaries and Message Board sections would make a lot of sense so you don't have to scroll down as far to see active topics off the main page. The Board is updated much more regularly and gets far more traffic (assuming based on post activity) than Diaries.
I predict this will be the point of view of 98% of the board in 2 weeks
I've actually been to several other teams boards over the years for the excellent schadenfreude after a loss to us, and time and time again, as much shit as they dish, someone always complimented our board. Who knows now but I don't think it's all that bad. Take some time to get used to, like any change, but we'll live. But I'll be the first to admit. Embarrassing as this is, I totes fell for the temp faux blog, went straight to the MGoBlog FB page and flipped out. I know. I'm 12.
I'm not a fan of the new design as well and especially the board. Just feels very disorganized - the eyes don't know where to focus and it seems that the design goal was "as much white space as possible" but keep old design elements. The reverse type with/in the blue headers is just painful.
Also, get the SSL working - you use Cloudflare so you can do this for free.
Is there going to be a home page where articles are posted? If that exists, I cannot find it.
Well, it sucks now, but I hope they're working on fixing some of the stuff. People have already talked about all the white space. And how it's not that easy to see who is replying to who.
Also, does commenting suck for everyone else because after I submit a comment it takes me to some random place in the comments and I have to go back to the board and to the post just to return it to normal?
I don't like The Beatles or The Who. I usually keep that to myself.

Not a big Beatles fan either. Only really like a few of their songs, most of their music I actually don't think is that good and would never buy any of their music. Also think most of their careers as solo artist is pretty lame.

Are you me? I thought I was the only one who hated the stuff. I can't stand the smell or taste of Ketchup.
I have the palate of a two-year-old so ketchup is still the GOAT and mustard makes me nauseous.
That was me til I was seven. I hated mustard and loved ketchup. I drowned my fries in ketchup. Now I swing the other way. There's ketchup in my fridge still, but it's there for one reason only: to cook sloppy joes with.
