Nebraska is smoking Ohio State

Submitted by m1jjb00 on

With a minute and a half to go in the first half, Nebraska is up 34-21.  Man are they offensively challenged.  It's on BTN if you'd like to enjoy

Well shit...

You gotta give credit to Nebraska; when OSU came out for the 2nd half like they did, I figured they would roll over and die.

Fun!  They have nothing in terms of a go-to scorer.  Some absolutely awful three chances hoisted tonight.  And, I now feel much less bad about Petteway smoking us in the second half.  He's pretty damn good.

Now they have lost 4 straight. No way can the third best team in the country lose 4 straight, even if they were playing numbers 1, 2, 4 and 5. That tells you all you need to know about the polls.

Look at two other guys in that class who were fliers: Caris LeVert and Spike Albrecht. Beilein made them both into guys completely capable of starting in the Big Ten. (And do you remember how pissed a lot of people were that we 'wasted' a scholarship on Spike?)

We might have to start giving Beilein credit for a similar type of Midas touch that Dantonio and Narduzzi have in EL. After a while it's apparent that they can just flat out develop players like few others in the country can. Not sure if Matta has the same rep

Not judging nebraska cuz this could be their biggest win ever (maybe?) but rushing the court against an ohio state team that has lossed 4 in a row and is 2-4 in big ten?  questionable.

This is great.

Especially these morons trying to talk to me about a loss to charlotte. I'll take a worthless loss early on like that over FOUR straight conference losses, and two to unranked team every day.

Nebraska has lost 15 straight to unranked teams....until now
