Bright Green Tie? Desmond is a TRAITOR!
Ok, so I am watching Lame Day on the TV and I see Desmond Howard and he is wear a BRIGHT GREEN TIE! I could hardly believe it. Even Herbie had to go and point that junk out on national tv! I'm thinking, WTF? Desmond should know better than that--so he must have done it on porpoise! And, if he done it on porpoise, wtf is up with that?
Now, I have heard from some peoples that Desmond does not like RR. Maybe that has something to do with it, I dunno. Maybe Desmond has mad love for RR, I dunno. But wearing a bright green tie on Lame Day when UM plays Spartina is at the very least RUDE.
So, Fuck Desmond Howard.

Not sure if he does anything on a "porpoise" because that would be sorta cold, wet and slimy. But alas, the tie was lime green which is obviously not the same color.

Some teams wear the colors of the opposing team in practice the day before...I have seen D1 practices like this (though not Michigan or football). Instead of jumping to the conclusion that Desmond is a traitor, it seems to me that some similar tradition for him is the far more likely scenario.

My initial thought was he lost a bet with a Sparty from last season where he had to wear that on Gameday this year on the day of Michigan/MSU. Just my epinion.

If you watched Game Day you would have heard Desmonds reply, something to the effect of: " Since when are States colors lime green? No , I am not wearing their colors".

Regardless of his tie color, I enjoyed Desmond much more as a player than as a talking head.

Hard to explain. No way he did not know how it would look. Even Reese Davis called him on it during Game Day, which means probably half a dozen people did so before he went on air and he easily could have changed it. No idea what it means, but I cannot come up with a positive explanation.
