Michigan/Ohio Tickets now under $100 (each) on StubHub

Submitted by Mr. Yost on

3 weeks ago, the lowest ticket was $155...

I'm posting this, hoping that some MICHIGAN fans buy these tickets hoping to experience the Big House.

Say what you want about the game, the team or its offensive coordinator. However, we, as fans...can show up and cheer hard.

As a former student and current alum, I'd rather have my balls busted with a battering ram than give my tickets to OSU fans next week.

Okay, maybe I'm not that extreme, but you get the idea. I will never sell my tickets to OSU fans, no matter how bad we are. Why let one more piece of turd into our stadium?

Tells a piece of the story.

Mods, why delete a thread with 40 comments in 30 minutes and no flaming?  The censorship on this "fan" site is becoming a little extreme.

I paid 260 each for four tickets in crappy seats when DB did his con job last summer. It will be a cold day in hell until that happens again.

There will probably be as many Oho fans at the game as Michigan fans.

Tough to expect a Michigan fan to put up any sort of cash sum to willingly watch the product that is the team at the moment. $100 could buy a whole lot of less painful things.

I'm predicting student turnout to be bad bad bad, especially considering its Thanksgiving weekend. If I wasn't a senior that hasn't missed a minute of gameplay since being a student then I'd have a hard time bailing on a long weekend with my family to drive back for this game. Even then I'm feeling more that I have to go to the game rather than I get to go to the game. And I sure as hell won't be doing it sober.

Considering its Thanksgiving weekend, I would imagine the student section will be really empty.  And I'd also expect prices to continue to fall.  Wouldn't be surprised to see them around $50 or less by the time the game rolls around.  The equivalent of trading your tickets for a tank of gas.

Sold mine a couple weeks ago at $130 apiece. I tried the spreadsheet on here to no avail. I even contacted people on the spreadsheet that at one time were looking for UM/OSU tickets. I didn't want to wait any longer and lose more money, so I went the Stubhub route. Chances are an OSU fan bought them. Unfortunately I think a lot of OSU fans got tickets for this game. Hopefully Dave Brandon sees this and makes some hard decisions or at least makes Brady make those decisions.

What makes you think the worst offensive coach in college football will actuall call a game right?  Only way I will even watch this game is if Borges gets fired today, but we all know that won't happen.  Waste of 3 hours because of one man.

Sure there will be more Michigan fans there than Ohio State fans, but they are going to be an ANGRY bunch of Michigan fans.  I mean hell, they've already given the Bronx cheer for a first down and that was before the last two weeks of ineptitude.

So when you factor in the likelihood of LOTS of booing, and a good sized OSU contingent, then no, I don't think it'll be much of a home-field advantage at all.

A friend offered me his tickets to the game for free. I'm still debating whether to take them.

Never thought I'd ever in my life have to debate over free tickets to Michigan-Ohio State.

We gave away our season tickets to another fan, at least they were michigan fan's..  Felt bad they were actually going..  IF we didn't live on the other side of the state

Bought mine for $225 back in June hoping the game would have some meaning to it. Flying up from Florida too. Oh well, I'll be there rooting on the team, hoping for the best.

If we really wanted to, we could start a kickstarter to pay Borges' salary next year.  All funds come from season tickets not purchased next year for the terrible home schedule and football product.  This way the money thing is taken out of the equation.

I've got a pretty good connection for tickets and by good I mean 4 tix for $380 total, tried to sell two of them on here but it didn't work out.  Ended up selling on stubhub for $500, I guess I'll be able to say that the athletic department had to pay me to see this debacle.

That paid for a front row seat on the 20 yard line to watch what seems to be an inevitable beat down.

The only consolation that i have is the fact that this game has more meaning to me than just a football game.

At least I'll be there to support Michigan.
