Coach said he was injured sometime. Believe he said this in last weeks press conference or earlier

First quarter of first game, on kickoffs.
You'll remember seeing him as the one guy who was exerting an effort to catch Darryl Stonum on his KOR TD against ND.
Also, Kevin Grady is playing well.

Indeed -- I never thought I'd see the day where we'd be throwing to #24, but he's been playing well.

he had a few grabs out of the playaction in the I-formation...the one in the 2nd to last TD drive (i believe), where he caught it, ran over a dude and stretched for a first down was HUGE...plus it's kinda fun to see both the gradys out there at the same time haha

I think this might be Rodriguez's way of rewarding Kevin Grady for working hard. He's kept his nose to the grindstone and he's blocking well, and he's more athletic than Moundros. Moundros still has a year of eligibility left, but if all else is equal, I think you play the senior so the underclassmen can see that their hard work will be rewarded.
Also, like other people said, Moundros got concussed in the first game.

indeed grady has been playing well. in addition to the concussion moundros suffered, there was also rumor of a ding in one of his legs. still, moundros is a better blocker. grady gives us more potential on catches out of the backfield, but man is he slow for a former 5 star RB recruit.

Informative thread titles. Lord.

I'm pretty sure Moundros was in for some of our i-formation sets last week, in particular our post-interception drive where we picked up a first down prior to kneeling for the win. I could be wrong.

you're right. he did play. but grady played a lot more. moundros will get more PT.
