Tuesday Night NCAA Football Open Thread
Well, you asked for MACtion and now you get it.
What, wait? You didn't ask for it? It's football, so no matter.
Anyway, you've got two games tonight -

My wife graduated from UB. She was never into football but when we got married, she dived right into Michigan football and ir the past decade plus, has been more of a fan than most on this board. As a show of appreciation, I am watching the game rooting fr buffalo, despite otherwise not giving much of a shit about Mac football.

is a stud. Some scouts are really high on Mack that some are talking about him as a top 5-10 pick for 2014 draft. Looks the part at 6'3" and 248 lbs and has elite athleticism at LB.

Totally off topic but I'm flipping to "Under Siege" during commercial breaks and much of the cast comes from my all time favorite movie The Fugitive. Great way to pass the time

Your results were basically two blowouts here -
Bowling Green holds Miami (NTM) to an FG in a 45-3 rout, and Buffalo stymies Ohio (NTO) 30-3. In the case of Miami, I think that makes them 0-9 now, and indeed, 228 yards of offense is a lot for just one field goal. Similar situation for Ohio - over 200 yards of offense and just the one FG to show for it. Actually, in the case of Ohio, I think the farthest they got into Bulls territory was around the 40 yard line, which was the drive that set up the FG.

Damn it, there's just someting wrong about college football on a Tuesday.
Fridays? Yeah, okay with that. I'm even willing to stretch to Thursday. But Tuesday?!

I saw this thread and thought it applied to games tonight. Well today is Wednesday. But I thought it was still Tuesday. Which means my mind is all gummed up. So, *sigh*.

Especially since I went to a MAC school, it's nice being able to catch the games on normal networks for once.
