I think sites have been saying it will be streaming live on BTDN, and if I'm not mistaken, the BTN's Digital Network is a subscription based setup.  So, sounds like you either have to fork it over to watch the game or deal with following a gamecast while listening to the radio.

Per Dylan at UMHoops.com:

How to watch?

Tonight’s game will be broadcast through the Big Ten Digital Network. The cheapest way for Michigan fans to access BTDN content is to subscribe to MGoBlueTV on a monthly basis. That package costs $9.95 and will include Michigan content only (which includes games against Concordia (ex), UMass-Lowell and South Carolina St.).If you are interested in watching games from other schools, the Big Ten Network sells a monthly $14.95 package

He also mentions the game will be rebroadcast on BTN Thursday at 7:30PM

This game needs old channel 20.  No one even knows what the hell BTDN is (nor is it explained or linked anywhere).  Shortsightedness is never attractive, B1G.  You'll take in a couple hundred bucks from suckers, but lose whatever ads could have been sold on tv.  Not so wise.

What replay of the 1995 Cornhusker's season in review are they airing tonight instead of basketball?  They don't even need to send a crew out....have someone local do it, or simulcast the radio.  Let it play silent. Can't be any worse than what they're showing.
