Yes and yes. Minny ran the ball ALL DAY, and it was probably one of the best coached games I've seen. Perfect timing on going for it on fourth down, passing for long gains when unexpected, etc etc. Really nice game all around by Minny.

It would be simply amazing if State can manage to lose to Illinois.  With Northwestern and Nebraska notching losses for the day, that helps us considerably.

Impressive drive for FSU.  They may well be one of the top 2 teams in the country, but the rest of that conference is draggin them down to the point where Bama or Oregon will have to lose for them to get a shot.  The fact that Florida sucks this year hurts them as well.

Sparty with big advantage with this wind -ILL whole offense is pass oriented.  Also it looks like refs will be swallowing whistles today so "60 minutes of unnecessary pass interference" will be in full effect.

Fsu may not play for a national championship but they certainly look like the most talented team in the country. Winston is amazing but their wr's are straight impossible to cover.
