What's the ticket situation like up there? Me and a few friends plan on heading up for the game, would it be easy to scalp some tickets?

If Illinois knocks of Sparty this weekend I would say that you'd have a pretty good chance of buying some sets of two. However, I think that after MSU wins this weekend these tickets are going to be very hard to come by. A 7-1 team at home with the division on the line.... against the only rival that matters.
Pay Stubhub or you'll be watching the game from a bar in E.L.

I am just happy that it is not a night game. Two out of the last three years our friends have had a Halloween party where Michigan played a night game on the road and we lost both of them. Sure, playing a night game on the road may have been a bigger contributing factor, but still.

The Big Ten has a rule that prohibits night games in November.

Anyway, a night game would never occur with MSU and M in East Lansing, of this I am sure.

That's actually not true.

The Manningham and Braylon games were both 3:30 starts. As will be the Gallon game.

Yes.

Braylonfest was the first game that my wife and I went to together as a married couple, so perhaps between the 3:30 PM start and the presence of my wife, I should find a way to get to East Lansing on the 2nd of November.

(Is this where I engage in Wolverines Dominate-level pedantry and insist over the course of 1,323,434,437 comments that a game where part of it takes place after sundown is a night game?)

I woke up in AA on the morning of the 2011 Trash Game and spontaneously headed up (directionally) and down (in quality / human decency) to EL. Sparty had 1 loss at the time that year too.
Since it was too late to do stubhub, I went the scalper route. A buddy and I each paid 140 for upper level seats and it was a pretty big pain in the ass. I have to believe you can find something fairly comparable on Stubhub that doesnt come with the paper / electronic duplicate risk that comes with scalper transactions nowadays.

3:30 is much nicer for the west coast constituent.
I'm sure my sleep schedule was one of the major factors in determining kickoff time.

When was the last time UM had a bye before MSU? Seems like it's usually the other way around. Perfect timing this year, I'd say.

see this game on either ABC or ESPN or ESPN2.
