I was surprised to see Miami at #10. They sure crept up and at this point I'd bet they're almost a lock for a BCS bowl. The only likely loss being @FSU. That may all change though with the ACC's propensity for having their top 10 teams choke on applesauce against the Purdue's of their league

They are from a lock.  In fact right now it is highly unlikely they will get to a BCS bowl.  There only way there is probably to win the ACC.  A win over FSU and loss in the ACC title game could get them in, but right now they are decidely behind Clemson and FSU.

Bryn Renner self-sacks on what would have been a pretty good toss for a nice little gain. Pretty sure the call on the field gets overturned in this case.

....and it is. The Tar Heels will now attempt a 47-yard FG....which promptly gets blocked and returned for a TD by Miami. Whoops all over the end of that drive for North Carolina.

has one loss to LSU who they were competitive with in a rainstorm in Baton Rouge.  They nipped Miss St and Ole Miss, most probably thought they'd lose those two games.

They finish with @ TAM, Florida, @ Arkansas, @ Tennesse, Georgia, Alabama

They could very well lose all 6 of those.  Definately overrated right now but its the SEC so they must be awesome right?

The Arizona Cardinals rushing game is looking awfully familiar. I can't quite put my finger on it but they're getting no push and a few TFL. Also, the Over look they're doing by bringing in a declared eligible Tackle "should" be a hint. I'll think of it soon...

This is why I don't want M to travel to Utah on a Thursday next season. Thursday night games are a prime setting for an upset of the favored visiting team.

As of the end of the third quarter, there have been over 800 yards of combined total offense in this game, with both teams moving the ball at a rate of about 6 or 7 yards per snap throughout the game to date. There have been only 11 or a combined 27 third downs converted, however, but then there are about 35 first downs in the game right now.
