BC @ Clemson(3)
Don't expect to see an upset bid here but you never know with Clemson involved.

Baylor(15) @ KSU
Baylor puts up ridiculous offensive numbers always interesting to watch.

Florida(17) @ LSU(10)
Terrible offense against a suspect defense.

Oregon(2) @ Washington(16)
This one will show if Washington is for real

NW(19) @ Wisco
This game has already seen back to back turnovers. Should be an exciting game.

So I assume we want Wisconsin to win over NW?  I see two good reasons:

1.  It helps us in our division race

2.  It keeps UW alive in its division - if they win out and we and someone else beats Ohio, UW finishes first.  (Granted, I have no idea who the "someone else" would be - Illinois?  PSU?)

If NW loses today they are 0-2 and most likely out of the division title chance.  At best they'd probably tie for first, and it would require a faultless stint against MSU, Neb, and UM.   So I am rooting for Wiscy - this makes NW basically a spoiler the rest of the way.  They just have a brutal schedule.

I am bummed all these games are on at once.  I know most teams now dont want to put premier games on at noon EST but Oregon-Washington, NW-Wiscy, LSU-Florida all interesting and of course overlap with our game.  Plus I'd like to watch 20 minutes of Baylor just for kicks.

the NW loss would be nice....however with all that said the Legends will be decided in November. Until then don't giveaway a winnable game.

ABC is using a very low angle for the NW-Wiscy game, similar to what CBS does with SEC games.  I wonder if this is in response to complaints

That FG drive by Northwestern, incidentally, went like this:

+4 (rush), +7 (pass), +9 (rush), +9 (rush), +7 (rush), -1 (rush), -6 (sack).

Wisconsin has six rush attempts thus far for -1 yard.

Does anyone else notice that cbs college football games are always longer? It's not an sec thing because sec games on espn don't often end as late as cbs.

Can someone explain to me why a team does the OL shift on PATs?  (line up nowhere near the ball than shift back over it)  I always wondered. Not being on a football team in HS I thought maybe it was something obvious than I never understood.

It might be important to note at this point that the Unstoppable Throw God is 3 of 8 for 25 yards at the moment. Mind you, it is early yet. Something oddly Big Ten about this quarter in that eight third downs have been attempted, but only one has been successful.
