I'm going to watch FYS against Indiana - should be hilarious.

True, it's in Dallas. Which is still in Texas. I don't know about the geography (except that I know Texas if freaking huge, and Dallas and Austin aren't that close) but it still seems like the crowd would always favor Texas, even if it's just slightly.

I never understood the neutral-site rivalry games. Why would either team, especially the out of state team? give up the home game? It's the same with Florida-Georgia. It would be kinda like Michigan deciding to play someone in Detroit or Chicago every year.

SEC East possibly.  Now that Georgia is so banged up Missouri looks like a legitimate threat to win it and get killed by Bama/LSU/A&M in the conference championship.  They get Florida and S.Car at home and there only other difficult game is A&M (also at home).

On another note the SEC has to go to 9 games.  Bama's schedule is a joke.  There is a clear top 4 in the SEC East and yet again Bama misses all of them.

It seemed like a lot of the media spent this week talking about how there haven't been any major upsets so far this season. Looks like we might get a few from the noon games today.

It is interesting to watch - Michigan State is just about 40 yards shy of allowing more than their per game average of 210 yards per game, which is indeed good for #1 in Division I football. They've definitely slowed down Indiana, but Indiana has been able to hurt the Spartans a little more than other teams all the same.

I expect MSU to lose @NW and @Neb.  But I expect all teams in the division to have around 2 losses.  NW could be 0-2 after today and UM obviously has OSU, that neither MSU or Neb has.  Those 2 teams have a favorable schedule.   UM cannot lose today IMO and stay in the hunt for division unless the OSU game is a win because they still have to face NW Neb and MSU.  I think @NW will be a loss for UM, and @MSU will be a toss up.   MSU has as good of a chance as anyone - their only "trap" game is @ILL a week ahead of UM.  They play Purdue - we play OSU ... strength of schedule big time in their advantage.
