Michigan Hockey 2013-2014 TV schedule released

The Wolverines are getting getting some awesome media attention this year with the new B10 hockey conference coming into play and what game could be more awesome to watch in conference opening play than a matchup vs Ohio St at home on the night before "The Game?" Super psyched for this season to start already! http://www.mgoblue.com/sports/m-hockey/spec-rel/091613aac.html

Nice to see a good amount of BTN and especially some ESPNU and ESPNNews slots. You don't normally catch college hockey on any ESPN channel during the regular season. Should be a big part of that extra level of exposure the BTHC was supposed to bring

I'm kind of surprised though that the BTN didn't pick up the Thursday night BC game or the Friday night BU game. I know it's still football season but those are huge games on probable 'off-nights' for the BTN

Thank God they're still doing games on Xfinity. There would be a huge hole if XTV didn't get any games.

Pretty surprised that both exhibition games are on FS Detroit but the BC one is on Xfinity.

Rumor is all home games and all conference road games that aren't on a TV station will be streamed on MGoBlueTV for subscribers.

Games-

  • 11/1 vs Tech
  • 1/11 at Wisconsin
  • 2/7 at Penn State

Live audio will be free on MGoBlueTV for these games-

  • 10/12 at RIT
  • 10/18-10/19 at New Hampshire
  • 11/15-11/16 at Nebraska-Omaha

Should be a great season. Kind weird seeing ESPNU and ESPNEWS though.

So sick of these Comcast games. What about those of us with UVerse, Brighthouse, satellite, or another provider? Would be great to get those Comcast games on an actual network.

I think this past season I happened to check and found that there was a Michigan-BGSU(?) game on. I've checked numerous other times but that's the only time I've caught it. It's likely that games on the BTN may make it on there though
