For the OP-
The consensus on MGoBlog (and I agree with it) is that it's a little weird (bordering on creepy and/or pathetic) to 'friend' high school kids. It's even more weird to take what they have on their walls and repost that information for the rest of the world.
We already have unprecedented access to the lives of these kids through the recruiting sites, through their coaches or parents posting on message boards and whatnot. Give them the courtesy of being able to talk with their friends without having it broadcast for everyone else to see.
