Tonight, nothing. Tomorrow, lots. For the tailgate I'm bringing a case of Labatt Blue, a case of Molson Canadian, a bomber of Stone Imperial Stout and a bottle of Dom P.
September 6th, 2013 at 8:07 PM ^
Lots of water. Don't usually get the opportunity to tailgate before games so I'm just trying to relax tonight in preparation for tomorrow. It's gonna be one hell of a Saturday regardless of the weather. Drink a lot, Beat ND.

Pumpking, R&R and/or The Price Is Wrong
September 6th, 2013 at 9:26 PM ^
What do you think of Pumking? I had it for the first time this year and I really didn't like it. I've read a lot of reviews on Beer Advocate that people didn't like this year's batch, even those that have liked it in the past.

Weyerbacher Imperial is the only one I'll buy these days.

Original Premium. Was originally going for the Heffeweisbier but bought this by mistake. Still, a nice way to wash down a fresh batch of white chicken chili I just conjured up.

It's my wife's first time time drinking any alcohol since last xmas (due to preganancy), so she got to choose the adult beverage tonight. Thus, we're drinking sparkling moscato. It's actually not too bad.

orange shandy tonight and tomorrow
September 6th, 2013 at 7:42 PM ^
Is it good? I saw that on the shelf tonight but was too nervous to pull the trigger.
September 6th, 2013 at 7:49 PM ^
Tried it last night since Kroger has it at 10/10 right now. It's a bit more orange-y than the regular is lemon-y but it was worth having, especially if you can get a decent price on it. The orange is pretty true to actual fruit flavor.
September 6th, 2013 at 8:36 PM ^
yes it is and not bad at all

Newcastle brews their Limited Editions at the Caledonia plant in Edinborough, it's a 200 year old brewery that still wood fires in copper in ultra small batches. If you don't appreciate this beer, you just haven't experienced old world beer my friend...the brewmaster's name is Shaky fer godsakes. It's miles from Killians.

Kings Peak Porter, by the Uinta Brewing Company. Not bad for 3.2...
September 6th, 2013 at 7:44 PM ^
A spectacular locally brewed DIPA. On deck, Bear Republic Cafe Racer 15, another DIPA. After that, maybe some DC Brau Corruption, a single IPA. Picked up a sixer of the latter today that was canned on September 4th. Yes, I'm a fool for my IPAs. The fresher the better.
Cheers!
September 7th, 2013 at 7:25 AM ^
I love the Cafe 15. I bought a case of Enjoy By a few weeks ago, plan on consuming some of these tonight.
