Delaware State Game
Hey I'm trying to get two tickets for the Deleware State game. I'm a poor college student at Bowling Green who does not have 50 bucks for a football game and I figured this is the game to get tickets for.
And plus I wanna see me some Denard Robinson for at least a whole half.
Anyone got any ideas?
ps. I'll be wearing my nick sheridan #8 jersey to the game =) got it for ten bucks last year at a foot locker!

bad spelling goes hand in hand with sports. hell you'll even see a bench player with his name misspelled or his team misspelled on his jersey from time to time.

Just drive up to Ann Arbor, there will be bunches of Delaware State tickets floating around the stadium before kickoff. It won't be a tough ticket to get cheap.

back in the good old days before the construction, it was pretty common to be able to get a halftime "beer ticket" for $5 or less for all but the OSU, Sparty and ND games.
I expect the deleware state game will have a glut of tickets.

Even better, if you can live with waiting until just after the game starts you'll literally get them for nothing. Sounds like you're waiting for the second half and the potential Denard Robinson show.

the athletic department still has Delaware State tickets available if you don't want to scalp.

Hold up a $10 bill 2 minutes before game time and have the scalpers make the best offer to you.

The last time Michigan played a FCS opponent,it took me all of 3 minutes of looking before someone handed me a ticket for free. I gave the dude $20 just to be fair. In retrospect, I really wish I had been shutout.
If tickets don't just fall into your lap, a half hour before gametime, find where all the foot traffic is, hold one finger in the air, and someone will eventually sell you a ticket for cheap or give you one for free. There are going to be a ton of tickets floating around for that game.

if you want to get a student section ticket + validate it (or make yourself a fake mcard) those tickets will be going for less than 20 bucks easy. its fall break so lots of people are going to try to sell theirs. so if you can get one for 15 i bet validation is only 20 or 25 bucks

In '07 I bought an Oregon ticket that ended up being a student ticket (it was in Section 9-huh?) so I had to get it validated (sadly I had no means for a fake M-Card or the ability to borrow one) at the Union - $27(!)was the cost.
Is this a standard or does it change based on the game?
Also, screw Oregon in the ear.

the wait until right after kickoff idea. I just really wanna see Denard get some serious pt for as cheap as possible.
Until then I'll just wear my u of m jersey around the dorm every single weekend while everyone else throws on the ugliest jersey ever in life. every single kid down here owns a TP #2 jersey.

actually since the Notre Dame game I consider it my Jonas Mouton jersey...
which instantly makes it bad-ass.
