2015 Rivals 250 Watchlist Up
SIAP but I couldn't find this one anywhere. I think it's new news.
Rivals put up their 250 watchlist
M commits:
Damien Harris 5* 6.1
George Campbell 4* 6.0
Shaun Crawford 4* 5.9
Tyree Kinnel 4* 5.8
Also of note:
Brian Cole 5.8
Jashon Cornell 5.9
Chuma Edoga 5.9
Hjalte Froholdt 5.8
Sterling Jenkins 6.0
Tim Settle 6.0
TJ Wheatley 5.9
Minkah Fitzpatrick 6.1
IIRC typically the breakdown of rating v stars is (edit: as pointed out below, since there's only 10 five stars right now, the breakdown is probably more like so:)
6.1 1-10
6.0 11-50
5.9 51-110
5.8 110-250

Quite possible that the 2015 recruiting class will be all 4* and 5* except for Jon Runyan Jr and Andrew David; that's crazy.

I think Mr Campbell might be in danger of falling to a 4* on other services despite his freak physical nature until he shows he can catch the ball on a consistent basis. Or maybe a 5* as an ATH but 4* as a WR.

Too bad Clemson has such a snazzy offense and cool pro style QB or maybe we could have flipped him. He seems like such a slot weapon with your Campbell (hopefully) and Drake on the outside.
With Campbell its not so much the splash play I think anyone is worried about - he just needs to be consistent and make the routine plays be routine rather than adventures. Still 2 years away before worrying about that sort of thing - just mentioning the services are noting it about him. I myself would not mind seeing the world's first 6'7 safety!

So there's that as well. Oddly enough, it is Campbell that is the third player from MI in the top list, rather than Alabi or Stallworth.

You are correct about the ranges, but those are only approximations for their final rankings. Since they only use 6.1 for 5 Stars and only release 10 5 Stars right now, there's a decent chance Campbell is still in the top 25, but not a 5 Star right now.

I just got home from the cass southfield game and 3 players stood out to me. Marshall looks a lot better than last year, Malik was a beast and Weber was the best player in the game. Campbell... well lets just say I'm happy for State. The game itself was total garbage. Cass won 18-14.

Hopefully add in Minkah Fitzpatrick 6.1 5* to go along with Damien Harris for 5* Rivals folks.
Here's hoping the commish will bring him in!
