Love the compilation, but jebus those announcers were bad. The main guy at least seemed interested; the younger guy just started rambling at points and apparently dipped rather heavily into his Cliches bag.

They got guys names wrong left and right, commented on how Ezeh is always in the mix for every tackle(!), etc, and my favorite was when they completely missed Roh's pick and said that EMU turned it over on downs (probably the only thing they could think of when they saw the M offense come out, even though the pick was on 3rd down). I enjoyed thinking about how confused they must have been when they had to mention later in the game that Roh had a pick, probably sitting there going "Roth (sic) had a pick? I didn't see that. Did you see that?"

What qualifications do you need to be a BTN commentator, seriously? The one guy was driving me nuts saying things like "Michigan sure is showing a lot of no-huddle!"

I assume near the end of the first quarter somebody whispered in his ear: "they haven't huddled in a year and a half!" because he finally stopped. Maybe watching one Michigan game from the past year or two would be a good place to start before going on TV?

I guess against Eastern we're not exactly getting the BTN's first string, but they were comically bad.

...whether the EMU defender got his shoelaces or it was just a turf monster.

Not that it matters for anything, but did anyone else think CB's TD that got reviewed/confirmed wasn't really a TD? I was looking at it with single-frame step on my DVR, and thought the ball was about 6 inches short of the goal line when his entire leg was already on the ground.

I found myself disagreeing with the review official 2 or 3 times during this game, and of course also with the PI call on Booboo.

Why? Because they refuse to have a camera on the fricking goal line. So tired of a seeing a call on the goal line and the camera angle they show is...from the other endzone. Thanks, that's completely perpendicular to the angle I wanted!

It simply makes me giddy with excitement to see us leading the Big Ten in scoring after 3. I'm not trying to read more into it than simply that we are scoring points. How long has it been since we can say that we had a potentially explosive offense for 4 quarters? The fact that we have a speed based running game now is grand because even garbage time can still be fun to watch. No more 1-2-3 punt. No more sitting on 7pt 3rd quarter leads. Woooohoooo!!

I am getteing pretty charged about what happens when The Wolverines are a good "deep" team. The offense looks like something out of non Big Ten schools. When guys get hurt they can be replaced by guys that don't cause too much of a drop off. Having a good defense will help too.

Tressel's Buckeyes have to deal with his super conservative play calling. Rodriguez is going drive Tressel crazy in a few years. Rodriguez is everything but conservative. Hopefully this craziness will happens sooner than later for Tressel. This is a fun time to be a Michigan Fan. We are ranked #23 now only 22 spots to #1!

That was a disgusting PI call on Cissoko. I'm just hoping his confidence isn't too shaken. He looked *really* tentative after that, and based on some of his play last year, he's a better player than he has been.

It'd be nice to see a rebound against IU.
