Trevon Bluiett narrows to 7 schools
Via Twitter - Arizona, Butler, Indiana, Michigan, Purdue, UCLA and Xavier, listed alphabetically.
Was this the guy who said it was down to Michigan & Purdue and was probably going to go to the one who 'showed him the most love'? Or is that someone else
Someone else.
Bluiett was supposedly favoring Michigan or Butler but he has been out to the West Coast a lot lately.
His HS head coach is an assistant at UCLA now.
Funny how that always seems to happen to coaches of top players...
Vince Edwards
Does he have offers from all those schools?

Arizona offered two days ago.
Going down to the wire, this one.
Recently Bluiett had said it was around 24 schools and he was looking to narrow it to 5-10 around the beginning of August. This is the guy that most thought for sure would have gone to Butler if Jordan had been hired. 4* SF out of Indianapolis.
I'm confident we will make a further cut of his, based off of absolutely nothing other than hope.
to the Celtics is Butler still seriously in contention?
is a local school. Losing Brad Stevens hurt them, but they're still in it.
Let me know when he narrows to one
Yea Alford hired his HS head coach and he also said after narrowing it down to those schools that IU Michigan and Butler are going after him the hardest...I honestly think he'll wind up at Butler
That MLive article has a good summary of Michigan's top remaining targets for 2014:
Not all is lost for the Wolverines, though, as they've made the final cut for five-star guard Devin Booker, four-star wing Kameron Chatman and four-star guard Trevon Bluiett -- all top 50 talent, per Rivals.com.
I'll be content with our class if we land one of them, but we better land one. From everything I've read, seemed like Looney was a pretty realistic target, so I'm a bit surprised to not make top 6. Bluiett is also tough to figure. Still in great shape with Booker though. Chatman would also be awesome but not sure where we stand with him.
Someone may start a thread on this, but I'm just going to post it here—Michigan didn't make Kevon Looney's final six:
Just received a call from @Loon_Rebel5 who has officially cut his list to 6: Duke ,Florida ,Michigan State , Tennessee UCLA and Wisconsin

I was just going to post this. Is it thread worthy?
I think this is the bigger news actually. Looney is a real player. I think he goes Blue Devils if I had to guess.

Outscooped
Kinda surprised by that. Wish him well but now there's room and P.T. for someone else who likes subs.....
The addition of MBB on the title would have been helpful.
This board seems sufficiently well versed in top recruits' names; seems pretty nitpicky
I thought the same thing. Maybe we should show him how to google it lol.
Been on the site for two months and probably still finding his way around town
...he shouldn't be make suggestions like he's been around for 2 years.

UCLA hired his HS coach or some shit. I'm guessing he'll go to UCLA.

Even though UCLA hired his high school coach as an assistant, he still says his best relationship is with Michigan's coaches. This is a quote from him from an Indy Star article on his final seven:
"I probably have the best relationship with their coaches," he said. "Me and (assistant coach) LaVall Jordan talk or text almost every day and coach (John) Beilein is in contact about once a week. He lets his players play and I like that. He has a lot of trust in his players and they play with a high IQ."
