that Marshon Lattimore is also a DB, whose 247 Crystal Ball is currently 100% OSU with a July 28 unofficial to UofM?  And there are several threads about another "huge" (a/k/a large or surprising?) commitment about to drop on this side of the border?

Like was said earlier, I'll take the malik we're going after over whoever this guy is. And the OP stating that the DB pool is getting smaller and smaller....say what? I think we're doing just fine at that position and all the other positions for that matter.

To the OP,

Your attitude is INSANE. Mere moments after landing two absolute top notch recruits for 2015, you're complaining that our DB options in 2014 are getting "more and more limited" because some dude who we were hardly even recuiriting went to OSU?

I hope I don't sound overdramatic, but you are actually everything wrong with sports fans. The kid committed, he'll have a nice career, we'll get a DB. Chill the eff out.

that fact that if a DB it had been mentioned we were recruiting committed elsewhere, then our list of potential DBs is smaller. Obviously he wasn't a big recruit of ours, or we would have heard about him more; I was just stating a fact, not trying to be a downer.

I don't like having to hear every time they pick up a recruit. Can we just let this happen without alerting the masses each time?

So it's not that strange to suddenly have a board post about him.

Strange is that he cut his list to a top six (including Michigan) over the weekend and now commits to OSU.

Happy trails.

By the looks of many comments he was not needed in this class!

That just means a spot is loss for someone they did need. Bonus for us.

Go blue. Remember I hate Ohio but its best you know your competition and do your homework.

Hooker is a good get for OSU.

I think it's crazy that he's a 4 star but only the 32nd ranked ATH and 8th ranked prospect in PA per 247. There must be some damn good athletes and players in Pennsylvania this year because Hooker is pretty good.

I don't remember him popping up much on recruiting news, but good luck to him except against UM.  Will say, Meyer isn't doing himself any favors with some of these names, though.
