UMich's DPS blurb says it's a suspicious death case discovered yesterday morning. Nothing additional on top of the link in the OP other than time of discovery.

Location: 200 block of North Ingalls (Off-campus, north of Huron St.)
Offense: Suspicious death
Summary: A 25-year-old student was found dead in his apartment this morning. The cause of death has not been determined and is being investigated as suspicious by the Ann Arbor Police Department and Washtenaw County Medical Examiner's Office.
This was at the Phi Rho medical "fraternity" house. He was 25 yr old 4th year medical student. An email went around yesterday afternoon from the Dean with his name, but I see the media isn't using it, so I won't put it here. Prayers for him and his family.
My sincerest condolences and prayers to anyone who knew him as well as the family. Tragic to lose someone that young.
The media is releasing the name.

I still won't put it here, but the link also has links to prior coverage.
I walked right behind that building yesterday to hit Jimmy John's. Not sure if it was before or after he was discovered. Still, chilling.
Edit: Channel 7 is reporting it was a homicide.CRIME ALERT
