Got through after just over a half an hour on hold.  Only "scattered single seats" left for Ohio... didn't have any problem with any other games.

You probably already know this, but it looks like they fixed the problem and getting in is easy (though ticket availability, if you want OSU, not so much.  Keep trying, though, since they allow people 20 minutes to complete the transaction more should become available again.)

Originally it said unavailable, but if you put an order in for 2 or 4 you can hold those and then use the 20 minutes to 'edit order' and try for 6. Worked for me.

Did the promo code get emailed?  I'm logged into my account and when i click "View my Promotions" it routes me to a screen asking me to enter an alternative promo access code.

Every time that I click on 'buy tickets' or 'purchase ticket packs', I get rerouted to 'my account', where I see all of my season ticket management options but no opportunity to buy any ticket packs. Am I missing something??

I can't even get into a queue to talk to someone via phone.

navigation is horrible.  Click on the "Tickets" tab in the yellow ribbon, not the blue.  Once that pulls down, then click on the buy option for football.  That should get you in the right area.  Good luck!

Only "donors" were allowed to buy these tickets, so these are the department's best customers. Nonetheless, as they so often do, they made it almost inconceivably difficult to buy their ticktets (by having the least user friendly website ever, and having no one at the department availble to help--I called the ticket office, the development office, the marketing office, and Dave Brandon's office). You had to be lucky to make the right moves within the website to get to the tickets. TERRIBLE customer service, but, as they have shown on so many occasions, they really don't give a damn.

Walked in to the office and out in 10 min.  I know it is not possible for most but if it is an option it is better than waiting on hold.  Piggy backed tickets for OSU and pairs for Indy and CMU.
