I live in Lansing and saw malik McDowell with patt narduzzi at the msu forest acres golf range, I was too nervous to walk up and talk to him, being that I'm 30 years old and didn't wanna sound like a creeper that new everything about the kid. but I did come up with the courage when u drive by to yell out Malik!! GO BLUE!!!! I had to share this story with someone, and I could only think of you guys uofm fans on here who could relate. just my "cool story bro" story.

I know a lot of people presume that it's "Forest Acres."  Like, acres of forest.

But it -- and an MSU dorm -- is named in honor of Forest Akers.
