I think this Jalen's way of letting the public know that 4 out of the Fab 5 will be there, and this is the reason why, and that even though Webber won't be there, they all still love Webber.

I'm cool with it.  Can't wait until Monday night.

Love me some Jalen!

I don't get some of you.  In one word you say nothing about Jalen Rose, who admitted to taking money from Ed Martin as well.  Jalen had as much to do with this as the rest, but he was honest about it and didn't try to cover it up.  Webber is not allowed to be associated with the University at all, and as far we all know he may have been told that he can not come to any games and/or do anything that may publicly show support of the University.  Did anyone see the letter sent to him?  Who knows what Weber was told, he's not talking and good for him, it has nothing to do with us as fans.  He made a mistake and is living with the consequences of that mistake.  Look at how big of news it was when Webber hummed part of the victors during a telecast.  Now, imagine the news if he showed up, it would inadvertley show him as supporting the University and assisting in promoting the University.  Something he is not allowed to do.

I've always thought Jalen shared a little of the blame for the TO.  The reason Webber traveled on his way down the court before the timeout is that he went to pass the ball to Jalen and then realized that a NC defender was shadowing Rose waiting to pick off the pass.  So Webber decided he had to rush it down the court instead.

Rose needed to run right to Webber in that situation and get the ball.  I know he probably thought he was open enough to get the pass and maybe he was.  But why risk it?  Just go right to Webber and take the ball from him.  With the NC guy standing close, why risk a steal or a deflection?

Obviously it was still Webber who panicked, but as the point guard, Rose needed to do a better job of getting the ball in his own hands.

It would be great if he did join the rest of the Fab 5 and every other maize and blue faithful in Atlanta. I understand some of the frustration people have with him buthe was just a kid. People need to put themselves in his shoes and take a moment to really think about what they would have done in that situation. Growing up he didnt have a whole and there was a gown man offering him anything he wanted. Yeah he knew the rules when he signed his letter of intent but when your that young and you can have anything you want its really really hard to turn it down. I wish alot of our fans would really think about this and realize this happened 20 years ago and he made a huge mistake that I'm sure he regrets every day. To all the people that bash him you have no right to be upset with him. He didn't effect your livelihood one bit. the only ones that have any kind of right to be angry are his teammates and they all forgave him and are welcoming him back with open arms.

GO BLUE!!!!!!!!

CWebb, you don't have to do ANY interviews, you don't have to even wear something that says "MICHIGAN"

Just come to the game with your brothers in a Navy Blue polo and call it a day.

Today is the day we shock the world!
